Returns

We want your outdoor space to feel perfect. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your A. Lane purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of the rest! Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you pick out the perfect replacement furniture for your outdoor space.

Our Customer Service Team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we will facilitate a return appointment with you to drop off the furniture.

Please be sure to clearly write your provided RMA number on the outside of each returning package, or on a tag attached to the furniture. This helps us to identify the product when it’s returned to us so we can process your return quickly. Verify product is in original condition, if for any reason the product is scratched, discolored, damaged in any matter it will not be accepted as a return. If any product is not returned in resellable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out to notify you of any updates.

While we do have outdoor furniture available, the extreme demand for custom orders currently has an estimated lead time of 14 weeks.

As a result of COVID19, our manufacturing facilities continue to operate at a limited capacity reducing the supply we need to build your custom furniture.

We truly appreciate your interest in our furniture and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be patient while we prepare your orders as quickly as possible.
